  • A weekly pass allows one person entry to any of our regular screenings over a seven day period.
  • I have just bought a weekly pass, can I bring a guest for free?
  • No, a weekly pass does not allow you to bring a guest for free.
  • I have just bought a weekly pass online but not received confirmation.
  • Email confirmations are automatically generated, if not in your inbox please check your spam/junk box.
  • I have just bought annual/joint membership, does this give me free entry to Kids’ Whirled screenings?
  • No, annual, joint and weekly memberships do not gain free entry to Kids’ Whirled screenings,. Tickets for Kids’ Whirled must be bought from the website.
  • How do I know what film is showing?
  • All screenings are listed on the Whirled Cinema Website where you can also sign up to our cinema programme newsletter and receive weekly updates
  • Do you serve food?
  • No but we do offer snacks.

  • I have just bought annual/joint membership, when do I receive my membership card?
  • Whirled Cinema does not issue membership cards. Your Oyster/contactless card can be read by our door entry system, on your first visit simply arrive at least thirty minutes before the film start time and present your Oyster/contactless card to the bar staff.
  • I have just bought annual/joint membership, how do I book for a screening?
  • No need to book, just arrive in good time to guarantee a seat to any screening.
  • I have just bought a annual membership, can I bring a guest for free?
  • Yes, annual membership allows you to bring one guest for free to each screening.
  • We have just bought a joint membership, can we bring a guest for free?
  • Joint membership allows you to come together and bring a guest, or to come individually on separate nights with one guest each.
  • How do I know when my membership expires?
  • You will receive an email and txt notifications starting from one month prior and after your expiry with instructions on how to renew. Alternatively you can log into your account at any time to check on your membership status and change your details.
  • Can I renew my membership online?
  • Yes, just click the renewal button in your reminder e mail.

  • How do I know what days Whirled Cinema is available for hire?
  • Please check the calendar for availability before submitting a hire form.

  • Unfortunately not but we do offer discounts on pre paid drinks, please ask for details
