World Cup holders Spain get their defence of the trophy under way against the Dutch at the Arena Fonte Nova in the vibrant city of Salvador.

This is a repeat of the 2010 final, which saw no less than fourteen yellow cards. How will the Oranje try and stop Xavi, Iniesta and co this time?
