It's A Dogs' Whirled - Dog Friendly Cinema

Well, Whirled Cinema is proud to announce the launch of DOGS WHIRLED, a series of dog friendly screenings, starting with the highly acclaimed WHITE GOD. WHITE GOD is a 2014 Hungarian film directed by Kornél Mundruczó about what happens when eleven-year-old Lili is forced to abandon her beloved pet after moving into her father’s small apartment. As Lili’s dog, Hagen, tries to find his way back to his home, he befriends other feral dogs and starts leading a canine revolution against the dogs’ human oppressors. This beautiful and thought-provoking film won the Prize Un Certain Regard at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. Tickets are £8 per person (including a dog treat on arrival) and dogs go free.
